Meatball pizzas with tomato-mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 250 g Mett
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 2 TEASPOONS Pizza spice
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the mushrooms in it. Season with salt and pepper.

    Let it cool down a little. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Dice cheese.

    Knead minced meat, ground pork, egg, breadcrumbs, sweet paprika, pizza spice and 1 teaspoon salt. Form 4 flat thalers (approx. 12 cm Ø each) from the mince mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Top with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella.

    Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes. Wash the basil, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Serve pizzas sprinkled with basil.
