Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp 5-spice powder
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 6 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS roasted peanut kernels
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 150 g Salad mix with carrots

Directions

    Peel and chop the garlic. Fry minced garlic in a pan with 2 tbsp. hot oil until crumbly. Season with 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Mix with eggs, season with salt and pepper. Pour into the pan, cover and let it simmer at medium heat for about 20 minutes.

    Chop nuts. Peel and chop onion. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix salad, nuts, onion and vinaigrette. Add the rest of the chilli sauce to the frittata.
