Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (250 g = 6 pieces) Maultaschen with pork (from the refrigerator)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 100 g Schmand

Directions

    Heat Maultaschen in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, drain. Clean, clean and halve the mushrooms. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Clean, wash and cut leek into strips. Cut Maultaschen diagonally in half.

    Heat oil in a pan. Brown the Maultaschen in it and take them out. Fry the vegetables and mushrooms in the frying fat. Add Maultaschen and pour on stock. Cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash and chop the chives. Stir into the sour cream except for a little bit for garnishing. Put the sour cream as a blob on the Maultaschen-Pfännle.
