Sage tagliatelle with sliced beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Cutting beans
  • 75 g dried tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 Stem(s) Sage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 g Tagliatelle Noodles
  • 75 g Greek cheese made from goat's milk

Directions

    Wash and clean the beans and cut them diagonally into pieces. Cut tomatoes into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash sage, shake dry and roughly chop the leaves of 3 stems.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Briefly sauté the onion and beans in it, then deglaze with broth. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until soft, stirring occasionally. After about 8 minutes add tomatoes and chopped sage.

    Meanwhile, prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Season beans with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and add to the beans. Mix the noodles and vegetables. Arrange in a bowl, crumble cheese on top and garnish with remaining sage.
