  • 250 gr butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 350 g Flour
  • 6 st. Eggs
  • 2 packages Vanilla sugar
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1,5 Kg: Strawberries
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 2 packages Cake glaze
  • 40 g Sugar

    Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Spread the dough on a greased frying pan and bake at 175 degrees for 30 minutes, let it cool down.
