Mascarpone cream with rum pot fruits

Ingredients

  • 25 g Dark chocolate
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Edible quark (20 % fat)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Rum
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 jar (500 g) Rum pot fruits
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Roughly chop the chocolate. Mix mascarpone with quark, rum, sugar and the chocolate until smooth. Whip cream until stiff and fold into the cream. Chill for about 1 hour. Distribute the rum and fruits on plates.

    Add cream as a blob and decorate with mint. Waffle crepes taste great with it.
