Marzipan wafers with berry jelly

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 500 g mixed deep-frozen berries
  • 75 g + 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla"
  • 50 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 eggs , 250 g flour (Gr. M)
  • 1/2 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 150-200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Boil half the berries, 150 ml water and 75 g sugar. Stir the sauce powder with 2-3 tbsp. water until smooth. Bind berries with it. Fold in remaining berries. Let the groats cool down

    Roughly grate the marzipan. Mix with butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in eggs one after the other. Stir in flour, baking powder and milk

    Preheat waffle iron, grease. Bake 3-4 waffles from the dough one after the other. Whip the cream until stiff and allow vanilla sugar to trickle in. Arrange the porridge and cream in glasses. Put 2 wafer hearts into each glass and dust with icing sugar. Remaining waffles extra is enough
