  • 50 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 50 g Butter
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 4-5 Drops of bitter almond aroma
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 130 g Flour
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 130 g Icing sugar
  • 1 Protein (size S)
  • 7-10 Tbsp red and green food colouring
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful chocolate lentils
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Dice marzipan very finely. Mix butter, marzipan, sugar and bitter almond flavour. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder. Briefly stir in flour mixture and milk.

    Grease snowman form (26 cm high). Fill in the dough and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 30 minutes. Take out baking tin. Let the cake rest in the form for 2 minutes. Turn out onto a cake rack and let cool. Mix icing sugar and egg white. Coat snowman with white icing. Divide the remaining icing into 3 portions. Colour with red and green food colouring or cocoa.

Colour with red and green food colouring or cocoa. If necessary, dilute the cocoa icing with a little water. Decorate the snowman with the coloured icing and chocolate lentils
