Ingredients

  • 400 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 175 g ground almonds without skin
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 175 g Icing sugar
  • 60 golden sugar pearls

Directions

    Roughly grate the marzipan. Knead marzipan with liqueur and almonds well. Form 20 smooth balls from the marzipan mixture. Mix milk and icing sugar and put 1 teaspoon on each ball and decorate with the gold pearls.
