  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 6 TABLESPOONS dry white wine
  • 750 ml Chicken broth (instant)
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1-2 Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp thinly sliced spring onions

    Chestnuts chop. Peel onion and cut into fine cubes. Heat butter. Sauté onion and chestnuts until translucent. Deglaze with white wine and fill up with stock and cream, bring to the boil and puree finely with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice. Garnish with spring onions
