Washing ribs. Mix plum wine and spice mixture. Leave the ribs to soak for an hour. Remove and pat dry. Keep the marinade. Heat the oil. Sauté the ribs in the marinade while turning them over.
A little salt. Add marinade, ginger and Worcester sauce and heat while stirring. Wash the chives and cut them into small rolls or large pieces as desired. Add to the ribs and serve.
