Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 500 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 5 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 75 g black olives (with stone)
  • 100 g Feta

Directions

    Clean, wash and halve the beans and cook in boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes.

    Wash the thyme and chop the leaves roughly. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the chopped onion for 4-5 minutes until crumbly. Fry the onion briefly. Season with salt, pepper and rose paprika.

    Add the tomatoes, juice and thyme. Boil everything up and open approx.

    Braise for 10 minutes, in between chop the tomatoes coarsely with a spatula. Add the beans and olives to the mince and heat briefly. Crumble the feta on top.
