Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini diagonally. Season vegetables with salt and pepper and put them in a grill tray. Cook them on the hot grill for 12-15 minutes while turning.
Cut meat lengthwise into strips. Stick onto skewers in a wave shape. Cook on the hot grill for 5-7 minutes while turning. Spread the herb butter in pieces on the vegetables and let it melt. Serve skewers with vegetables.
It goes well with bread.
