Mirabelle mustard with cheese

Ingredients

  • 400 g Mirabelle plums
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 75 g demerara sugar
  • 50 g white sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Mustard powder

Directions

    Wash, halve, stone and chop the mirabelles. Coarsely puree the mirabelles with vinegar. Mix fruit pulp, sugar and mustard powder. Bring to the boil while stirring, simmer for about 3 minutes.

    Fill into the prepared glasses, close them and let them cool down. Serve with cheese, crackers or bread.
