  • 3 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 150 g liquid honey
  • 1 TEASPOON freeze-dried dill and parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 Potatoes (approx. 175 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Meat tomato
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs and salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sour cream and fried onions to taste

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the chops and pat them dry. Mix mustard, oil, honey, dried dill and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the chops with it. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

In the meantime, wash the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Then drain and cut in half. Coat the cuts with oil. Wash, clean and slice the tomato.

  3. 3

Grill the chops on the hot grill for approx. 3 minutes from 1 side, turn them over and cover with tomato slices. Finish cooking for another 5 - 7 minutes at a moderate heat. Put the potatoes on the grill for about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

Arrange everything with fresh herbs and salad. Sour Cream with roasted onions tastes great with it.
