Marinated beans with bacon & egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g green beans or 1 can (425 ml)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 5 discs (50 g) Breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Clean the beans, wash them and break through 1 x. Steam the beans covered in little boiling salted water for about 15 minutes (canned beans only drain)

    Peel onions and cut them into thin rings. Cut the bacon into pieces and let it crisp in a pan without fat. Remove bacon

    Deglaze bacon fat with 2-3 tbsp. water and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Drain beans, mix with onions and marinade. Leave to stand for about 1 hour.

    Boil eggs hard for 10 minutes. Quench, peel and cut into six. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes. Wash and chop the chives.

    Arrange marinated beans with bacon, tomatoes and eggs. Sprinkle with chives

    Drink: cold beer
