Rinse seafood briefly under cold water, thaw on a sieve and drain. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the spring onions in it. Add the seafood and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with wine, ztrone juice, broth and cream and bring to the boil.
Bind with sauce thickener. Chop dill finely and stir into the sauce. Season to taste again. Drain macaroni and rinse with cold water. Drain and arrange on plates together with the seafood. Serve garnished with dill and dill blossoms
