Ingredients

  • 400 g Macaroni
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Turnip
  • 1 Rosemary stalk
  • 40 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 2 discs Toast
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 40 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Butter

Directions

    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package instructions al dente. Drain, drain well. In the meantime, peel and wash the turnip and cut into fine strips. Strip rosemary needles from the stems. Dice bacon and toast very finely.

    Peel garlic, press through a garlic press. Cut tomatoes into fine pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Steam turnip for about 3 minutes, season with salt. Add another 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the remaining ingredients. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Season with pepper. Spread 4 ovenproof plates with butter. Place the pasta in a spiral. Spread the mixture over the noodles.
