Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp 175 + 50 g butter/margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, nutmeg
  • 375 g Macaroni
  • 200 g sliced boiled ham
  • 100-125 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 TEASPOON Milk

Directions

    Knead flour, egg, 175 g fat, 1/2 teaspoon salt and nutmeg first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands until smooth. Cover the dough and chill for about 30 minutes.

    Cook the mackaroni in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Then drain well

    Mackaroni in 25 g fat swivel. Let it cool down. Cut ham into strips. Mix with 75-100 g Parmesan cheese and the pasta

    Roll out 2/3 of the short pastry on a floured work surface. Line the bottom and edge of a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) with it. Prick the base several times. Pour the pasta mixture and 25 g fat into flakes

    Rest of dough roll out round (26 cm Ø). Cover noodles with it, prick several times. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Whisk egg yolk and milk. After about 20 minutes spread on the pâté. Sprinkle with remaining cheese
