Macaroni casserole with sausage & meat

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Macaroni
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 800 g) savoy cabbage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + some oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Krakow sausages
  • 250 g tripped chop of Kasseler
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON dried marjoram

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Pour off

    Clean, wash and finely chop the savoy cabbage. At

    Fry 1 tablespoon of hot oil, season. Add 1/8 l water. Cover and stew for about 12 minutes

    Peel and chop the onion. Chop the sausage and the smoked pork. Fry the ground pork in 1 tbsp. hot oil until crumbly. Fry onion, sausage and pork loin briefly. Stir in tomato paste and flour, sweat on. Deglaze with 1/2 l water. Stir in cream and marjoram and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Season to taste

    Layer everything in a greased casserole dish, finishing with pasta. Grate the cheese on top. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 35 minutes
