Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 150 g baby potatoes
  • 200 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 4-5 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 80 g tripped chop of Kasseler
  • 3-4 (1 g) drop of oil
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Flour
  • 6 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 20 g Edam cheese (30 % fat in dry matter)

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Clean and wash the beans. Steam them covered in little boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes. Drain, peel and halve the potatoes

  2. 2

Wash and finely chop the parsley. Dice smoked pork loin and fry in hot oil in a coated pan. Dust with flour. Stir in 1/8 l water and milk and bring to the boil. Season the sauce to taste. Stir in parsley, except for something to sprinkle

  3. 3

Drain the beans. Fill into an ovenproof dish with potatoes. Spread smoked pork loin and sauce over it. Grate cheese finely and sprinkle over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining parsley

  4. 4

Smoked turkey breast also tastes very delicious in this casserole. It has only 1 g fat, which is even 3 g less than the Kasseler
