Lukewarm fish bites on salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 400 g Cod fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 small salad (e.g. romaine lettuce)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON pink pepper or pickled green pepper (pink berries)
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Wash the lemon. Squeeze half and cut the rest into slices. Wash the fish, dab dry and dice. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. lemon juice, cover and steam in little boiling salted water for 5-8 minutes.

    Clean, wash and possibly seed the tomatoes. Cut tomatoes into strips. Wash and roughly cut the chives

    Clean, wash and drain the salad. Cut into strips except for a few inner leaves. Peel and chop the onion. Lift out the fish and let it cool down a little

    Mix vinegar, rest of the juice, salt, pink pepper, sugar and oil. Mix with the salad ingredients. Arrange fish on salad strips and leaves. Garnish with lemon slices

    Drink: cool white wine
