Little cucumber bites

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Cucumber (approx. 25 cm length)
  • 2 (200 g each) Mug of cottage cheese
  • 100 g Roquefort cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground coloured pepper
  • 1 Beet Cress
  • 6 cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a spoon and cut into 8 diagonal pieces (2-3 cm wide). Mix cottage cheese and Roquefort, season with salt and pepper and fill 1-2 tablespoons into each cucumber piece.

    Sprinkle with coloured pepper and cress. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Cut 2 pieces into quarters and put them on the cucumber morsels. Halve the remaining tomatoes. Arrange 2 halves with 2 cucumber morsels on plates.
