Soak gelatine in cold water. Wash the lime with hot water, grate dry and thinly grate the peel. Halve ##lime## and squeeze. Mix yoghurt, half lime zest, lime juice, vanillin sugar and sugar. Dissolve squeezed gelatine in a pot. Stir in 4 tablespoons of cream, then stir into the remaining cream.
Chill the cream for about 20 minutes until it starts to gel. Whip cream until stiff and fold into the cream. Chill the cream for about 15 minutes. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. ##Meringue## break roughly. Mix cream, ##strawberries## and meringue loosely and arrange in a bowl. Sprinkle with remaining lime zest and serve.
