Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 small onion
  • 125 g Celery (approx. 3 sticks)
  • 100 g Pork sausage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 1 Bag Solid lens pot (1/2 liter=2 plates)
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Apples
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and thinly slice the celery. Put some celery green aside for garnishing. Quarter the sausage lengthwise and cut into slices. Heat the oil in a pot, fry the onion and sausage thoroughly. Dust with curry, add celery and braise briefly. Add 650 ml water, stir in lentil stew and bring to the boil while stirring.

    Simmer at low heat for about 10 minutes. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop. Wash and quarter the apple and cut out the core. Cut apple quarters into fine slices and add to the stew 2-3 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste with vinegar, salt and curry. Place in a bowl and serve garnished with celery green
