Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 rod/s Leeks
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g mixed mince
  • 50 g Diced ham
  • 1/4 litre dry white wine or vegetable broth
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 500 g Knöpfle (refrigerated counter; alternatively spaetzle or Schupfnudeln)

Directions

    For the sauce, clean and wash the leek and cut it into rings. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Fry the ham after about 3 minutes. Add leek and fry briefly. Stir in wine, cream and cream cheese, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    In the meantime heat butter in a second pan. Fry the buttons in it according to the instructions on the packet until golden brown. Serve with chopped sauce.
