Boil up the milk. Mix egg yolks, sugar and starch and stir slowly into the milk. Bring to the boil while stirring, then remove from the stove. Pour cream into a wide bowl, cover surface with foil. Let the cream cool down
Wash the strawberries and cut 3 small strawberries in half and set aside. Clean and chop the remaining strawberries. Mix orange juice and orange liqueur. Cut the cake into small cubes and sprinkle with orange mix. Stir the cream with a whisk until smooth
In 6 tall glasses (approx. 200 ml each), spread approx. half of the strawberries, then layer approx. half of the cream on top. Spread the cake cubes on top. First layer the remaining strawberries, then the remaining cream. Decorate the cream with strawberry halves
