Ingredients

  • 300 g Cherries
  • 300 g Currants
  • 100 g Blackberries
  • 300 g Raspberries
  • 1 package (350 g) Gelling sugar with sweetener from Stevia
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

    Cherries wash, pit. Wash the currants, remove from the panicles. Washing blackberries, picking raspberries

    Bring the jam sugar, lemon juice and fruit to the boil in a saucepan according to the package instructions, stirring continuously. Cook for about 3 minutes while stirring constantly at high heat until bubbly. Immediately pour into clean, tightly sealed jars. Place on the lid for approx. 5 minutes, turn upside down
