Salmon filet with lemon hollandaise sauce and gnocchi

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Salmon fillets (approx. 200 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 1 package (250 ml) Hollandaise sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 2 TEASPOONS frozen herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (500 g) fresh gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Wash salmon fillets and dab dry. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the salmon for about 1 minute on each side and place in a greased casserole dish. Clean and wash the broccoli, divide into florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes.
