Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 75 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 350 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 package (50 g) frozen greens
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tin(s) (70 g) Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON dried Italian herbs
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 40 g Flour
  • 1/4 l clear broth (instant)
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 12 green lasagne sheets
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Peel and dice the onion. Remove the rind from the bacon and dice the bacon finely. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy. Add the minced meat, onion and soup vegetables and fry. Chop the tomatoes in the tin. Add to the minced meat and stir in the tomato paste.

    Season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Cook at medium heat for about 10 minutes. For the béchamel sauce heat up fat in a pot. Sweat flour in it and deglaze with broth and cream. Bring to the boil, stir in 70 g parmesan. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Grease a large lasagne dish and line with 4 lasagne plates. Spread half of the bolognese on top. Spread 1/3 of the béchamel on the bolognese and cover with another 4 lasagne plates. Repeat the next layer like this. Cover the top layer of lasagne with the remaining béchamel sauce.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Grease a large lasagne dish and line with 4 lasagne plates. Spread half of the bolognese on top. Spread 1/3 of the béchamel on the bolognese and cover with another 4 lasagne plates. Repeat the next layer like this. Cover the top layer of lasagne with the remaining béchamel sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 40 minutes until golden brown
