Spaghetti with feta cheese & olives

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 150-200 g Sheep or feta cheese
  • 3-4 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 2-3 stem(s) fresh or approx. 1/2 teaspoon of separated thyme
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp approx. 50 g each filled with paprika
  • 7-10 Tbsp and black olives

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

    Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Coarsely crumble the sheep's cheese. Wash the herbs and shake dry. Cut parsley into strips, chop thyme

  3. 3

    Fry the garlic in hot oil. Fry the cheese and olives briefly. Season with herbs and pepper. Drain the noodles and mix everything
