Coarsely chop the peanuts. Clean and wash broccoli, cut off florets, peel and slice the stalk. Peel, wash and slice carrots. Clean and wash spring onions. Thickened onion ends lengthwise halve. Cut the rest into rings.

In the meantime, wash the meat, dab dry and cut in half lengthwise once. Put each piece on a wooden skewer. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt, pepper and chilli. Remove the vegetables from the cooking water. Add to the chicken in the pan and set aside. Stir peanut cream into the vegetable water and bring to the boil.
