Tortellini broccoli salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g fresh tortellini filled with ricotta cheese and spinach (refrigerator)
  • 1 Bag of salad-herb mixture "Dill-herbs
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g Salmon fillet without skin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp some fresh salad

Directions

    Clean the broccoli, divide into small florets and wash. Put broccoli in boiling salted water, cook for 6-8 minutes and remove. Leave tortellini to stand in boiling salted water for about 1 minute, pour onto a sieve and drain.

    Mix the herb mixture, 3 tablespoons of oil and 3 tablespoons of water. Fold the tortellini and broccoli into the marinade and let it soak through a little. Wash the salmon, dab dry and cut into pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

    Fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper. Add salmon to the tortellini salad. Arrange the tortellini-broccoli salad on a plate, possibly with fresh salad.
