Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the ground pork in it for about 4 minutes, crushing it roughly with a spatula. Remove the mince and cook the frozen vegetables in the mince fat according to the instructions on the packet for 7-9 minutes over a medium heat.
Season to taste with soy sauce, salt and pepper. After approx. 5 minutes add rice and ground pork and warm up. Arrange and sprinkle with fried onions
