For the dough mix yeast with sugar until liquid. Put 1 pinch of salt, flour and yeast in a bowl. Gradually knead in approx. 350 ml of lukewarm water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 45 minutes until the dough has doubled
Peel onions, wash 2 tomatoes. Grate both roughly on a kitchen grater. Clean, wash and very finely chop the peppers. Peel garlic, wash parsley, dab dry, chop both very finely. Mix well prepared ingredients with minced meat, oil, paprika and tomato paste. Season with thyme, cumin, pepper, salt, chilli and paprika powder
Wash and clean 4 tomatoes. Clean and wash cucumber, peel red onions. Slice or cut everything into fine slices
Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces. Roll out each piece on a floured work surface until round (approx. 20 cm Ø). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with a part of the chopping paste. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes. Take out and process the other pieces of dough and chopping paste one after the other. Cover with the prepared ingredients. Serve with whole milk or cream yoghurt
