Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Onion
  • 150 g young spinach
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 200 g red and yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (approx. 375 g, approx. 35 cm Ø, 7-8 mm thick) flat flat bread
  • 175 g Tomato ketchup
  • 150 g Gouda cheese
  • baking paper

Directions

    Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Clean and wash the spinach. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add spinach and 2-3 tbsp. water.

    Collapse the spinach and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Place flat bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with tomato ketchup. Cover with tomatoes and spinach.

    Grate the cheese and sprinkle over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 7 minutes. Remove, cut into pieces and arrange.
