Ingredients

  • 4 released pork chops (approx. 150 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 2 Pineapple rings (canned)
  • 1 package (200 g = 8 discs) Holländer processed cheese (35 % fat in dry matter)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 pack of Peasant puree with onions & bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Cut the slices of sausage into a roulade and season with pepper. Wash the parsley, pluck off the leaves and spread on the meat. Cut pineapple rings in half and lay them on the meat. Put 2 slices of cheese on each, roll them up and fix them with wooden skewers. Heat oil in a pan.

    Brown the roulades in it and add 1/4 litre of water. Bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Bring 700 ml water to the boil. Add puree powder while stirring and leave to stand for 3 minutes. Stir again. Remove the smoked pork loin rolls and keep warm. Thicken sauce with sauce thickener. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the smoked pork rolls, sauce and puree together.
