  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves

Directions

  1. 1

Drain the pineapple rings and cut them very small, except for 1 ring. Halve or quarter 1 pineapple ring. Grate the Gouda. Peel onion and chop finely. Knead the ground pork, pineapple, onion, breadcrumbs and cheese and season again with paprika, pepper and possibly a little salt.

  2. 2

Press the mince on the wooden skewers. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ground pork kebabs for 5-8 minutes, turning them over

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix yoghurt and garlic, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Arrange skewers on a large or 4 small plates and garnish with some salad and pineapple halves. Add yoghurt. Bread tastes good with it
