Kasseler with savoy cabbage and mashed potatoes and horseradish

Ingredients

  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 300 g Savoy cabbage
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 100 g detached pork chop
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 1 TEASPOON Cream horseradish
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the savoy cabbage into strips. Heat the oil in a high rim frying pan and fry the cutlet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, turning. Season with pink berries and keep warm

    Sauté the savoy cabbage in the frying fat, deglaze with stock and bring to the boil. Season the savoy cabbage with salt and pepper. Drain potatoes, add milk and mash everything with a potato masher. Mix with horseradish, season with salt and nutmeg. Arrange potatoes, savoy cabbage and smoked pork on plates
