Gratinated apple-pork fillet slice

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Pork tenderloin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 2 small firm apples
  • 80 g Mountain cheese
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 4 discs Crusty bread
  • 6 Tl Mustard cream (Dijonnaise)
  • baking paper

Directions

    Dab pork fillet dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a coated pan. Brown the meat in it, turning it all around and cook it on a low heat, turning, for 12-15 minutes. Cover with aluminium foil and leave to rest for at least 10 minutes

    Wash, quarter and core the apples. Cut quarters into slices. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a coated pan. Fry the apple slices for 2-3 minutes while turning.

    Grate cheese. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into thin rings. Mix cheese and 1/3 of the spring onions. Spread bread with mustard cream. Cut pork fillet into thin slices and cover bread with them. Spread apple slices on top and sprinkle with cheese mix

    Place slices side by side on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 5 minutes. Sprinkle the slices with the remaining spring onions and serve
