Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (Gr. M) - 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salz - 3⁄8 l Milch - 250 g Mehl
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 50 g ground almonds (without skin)
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 0?$? Apricots
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 3 TABLESPOONS clarified butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Separate eggs. Mix egg yolk, sugar, 1 pinch of salt and milk. Sift flour and baking powder on top and stir in. Stir in ground almonds. Leave to swell for about 12 minutes.

    Washing and cleaning strawberries. Peel kiwis. Wash, halve and stone the apricots. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Wash and pluck the balm. Mix with fruit, lemon juice and vanilla sugar.

    Melt butter at low heat, stir into the dough. Beat the egg white until stiff, fold in. Heat the lard in 2 pans (each approx. 24 cm Ø). Spread the dough and bake for about 3 minutes.
