Ingredients

  • 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk (Gr. M), salt
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 400 g crushed almonds
  • 1/2 TEASPOON cinnamon, 1 tablespoon milk
  • 200 g Pine nuts
  • 5 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • baking paper

Directions

    Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Beat 2 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, icing sugar, vanillin sugar until fluffy. Knead in ground almonds and cinnamon with the dough hooks of the hand mixer

    Whisk 1 egg yolk and milk. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls. Whisk 2/3 of the balls in the whisked egg yolk, then roll them in pine nuts and press them down. Rest of the balls in the egg yolk, then turn in flaked almonds. Place on the trays. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes. Let them cool down
