  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 125 ml White wine
  • 2 (60 g each) pieces of vanilla ice cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

    Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the parting skins. Peel the kiwis, first cut into slices, then into strips. For the zabaglione, shortly before serving, beat the egg yolks, sugar and white wine in a hot water bath until thick. Arrange fruit, ice cream and sauce on plates decorated with lemon balm
