Ingredients

Servings: 60
  • 7-10 Tbsp slightly + 125 g butter/margarine
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Walnut kernels
  • 100 g Almond kernels (with skin)
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 150 g + 6 g diabetic sweetness
  • 175 g Flour
  • 2 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp strong aluminium foil
  • 7-10 Tbsp small paper forms

Directions

    Lightly grease half of a fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm; at least 3.5 cm deep). Fold a piece of aluminium foil several times to form a rail in the middle of the fat pan

    Break chocolate into pieces. Melt with 125 g fat in a hot water bath. Cool down. Coarsely chop nuts and almonds. Beat the eggs and 150 g sweetness until frothy. Stir in liquid chocolate. Mix flour, baking powder, nuts and almonds, stir in briefly

    Spread on half of the fat pan. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 20 minutes. Cool down. Cut into 60 cubes (approx. 3 x 3 cm). With the help of a template or cookie cutter dust stars with 6 g sweetness onto the brownies. Place in the moulds
