Ingredients

  • 1 package Dessert sauce "chocolate" (for
  • 7-10 Tbsp boiling; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sugar, 1/2 l milk
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Pears
  • 400-500 ml Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chocolate flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Stir the sauce powder, sugar and 4 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in sauce powder, bring to the boil briefly. Keep sauce warm

    Drain the pears and cut them into slices. Cut or dice ice cream into small balls or cams. Serve with the pear wedges. Pour on the hot chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Decorate with lemon balm
