Strawberry Flash Ice

Ingredients

  • 300 g frozen strawberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Pistachio kernels
  • 75 g Icing sugar
  • 200–250 g lactose-free whipped cream
  • 50 g lactose-free chocolate

Directions

    Let the strawberries thaw for about 5 minutes. Coarsely chop the pistachios

    Place the strawberries and icing sugar in a tall container. Pour in the cream and immediately puree it slowly but steadily with the cutting stick. If the strawberries are too hard, add some more cream or let everything thaw for a few more minutes. Place the mixture in the freezer for 10-15 minutes

    Chop the chocolate, melt it over a warm water bath, take it out and let it cool down a bit. Cut off large balls from the ice cream and arrange on plates. Immediately pour some chocolate over each ball, sprinkle with pistachios and serve
