Ingredients

  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (200 g) big red pepper
  • 100 g Spring onions
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Pork loin steaks (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 150 ml clear broth (instant)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON dark sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh marjoram

Directions

    Wash the potatoes. Peel and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and spring onions. Cut the paprika into larger pieces, the spring onions into slices. Clean and halve the mushrooms. Wash the meat and dab dry. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat briefly over a high heat, turning it over.

    Season with salt, pepper and marjoram and remove. Add the mushrooms to the hot frying fat and fry well. Add bell peppers and spring onions, fry briefly and season with salt, sweet paprika and pepper. Deglaze with stock and cream, bring to the boil and stir in the sauce thickener. Place the meat in the hot sauce, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Arrange on a plate and garnish with fresh marjoram as desired. Add boiled potatoes extra
