Ingredients

  • 3/4 l Milk
  • 150 g Dark chocolate (52% cocoa content)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Heat the milk. Break the chocolate into pieces and dissolve in the milk. Stir in honey and cinnamon. Whip cream until stiff. Pour hot chocolate into cups and spread cream on top.
