Ingredients

  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 200 g Honey cake
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS coffee liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 Carambola and 12 physalis for decoration (Cape gooseberries)

Directions

    Mix quark with mascarpone, milk and sugar. Cut the honey cake into slices. If necessary, cut into shape to fit the dessert glasses

    Layer honey cake and mascarpone cream alternately in 6 dessert glasses. Sprinkle the honey cake slices with some liqueur. Finish with cream

    Dust the cream with cocoa stars using a stencil or a cookie cutter. Decorate honey cake tiramisu with carambola and physalis
