Ingredients

  • 200 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 200 g Whole milk couverture
  • 1 cube (25 g) Coconut oil
  • 400 g white couverture
  • 1 TABLESPOON Poppy seed
  • 2 discs (40 g) candied oranges
  • 30 g candied rose petals
  • 40 g dried cranberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Chop the dark and milk chocolate coating. Melt with a 1/2 cube of coconut oil on a warm water bath. Chop white couverture as well and melt carefully with a 1/2 cube of coconut oil on a warm water bath. Roast the poppy seeds in a pan without fat, let them cool down. Finely dice orange slices.

    Chop rose petals a little smaller. Lightly brush a rectangular shape (approx. 21 x 30 cm) with oil. Line with foil. Spread the dark chocolate coating on one half of the form. Pour the white couverture on the other half so that both couverture types run into each other. Sprinkle rose petals and orange cubes on the dark chocolate coating. Sprinkle white couverture with poppy seeds and cranberries. Chill for about 1 hour. Remove carefully from the mould with the help of the foil.
